Trinidad Castro

She obtained her law degree from Universidad de Los Andes, with a Master of Employment and Social Security Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Trinidad has experience advising multinational and local corporations in matters of individual and collective labor law, internal policies, remuneration and benefits, litigation and collective bargaining processes.

She was part of the labor department of the firm Uribe Legal between 2019 and 2024.
